Would really love them if they had a responsive customer service department.

I hate this site, but I have this addiction. Also, it does seem to be the best place to play online. And I need to play online. I don't really like chess, but I am compelled to play. If I am at home, I go nuts if a whole day has passed and I haven't played chess. The only way I can avoid the game is to go to the woods. To tell you the truth, though, even that can fail. I played a couple of games on my phone last spring while sitting in my blind looking for turkeys.

Woah, this thread has resurrected after over 5 years...2020 is indeed a strange year! I love that chess.com still has all the threads ever written still accessible so you can read and feel nostalgic or incredulous or embarrassed, etc during this tedious & heartbreaking pandemic.
