Touchscreen is better for bullet, I always lose on my pc because I can't move fast enough.

mouse is obviously better, unless you don't have a gaming one. Touchsreen is also good.

Pretty much any normal mouse is as fast as a gaming mouse so there's no point having a gaming one.

Not really, if you are playing bullet you should have a good mouse with high response time. It probably won't matter if you are bad at bullet, though

Response time for most gaming mice is 1ms, normal mice would be around 2-3ms so not a big different.

Yeah and I forgot to add usually gaming mice have better sensors so you get more precision. Also something I've pondered with, could a drawing pad work? Could it add more precision, the same way it does for games like osu?
