You can go to member profiles directly using http://www.chess.com/members/view/ and then the username.
You can see from http://www.chess.com/members/view/favourkamala100 that this person's account has been closed, either by staff or by themselves.

I just opened this message from a guy called favourkamala100 and when I clicked on the profile, then it said this:
Sorry, this has been removed, now I cant even go back to that page and see what happened, is this a bug or is it that the user got banned or the content of the message was deleted...
