I would create a separate rating category for classical games. A 90+30 game is lumped into the "rapid" category along with games with time controls as short as 10+0. This is ridiculous.
♟️CHESS.COM FEEDBACK: What one thing would you change?
I'm back to thinking it might be best to require more information than an email to open an account, an address maybe: chess.com would send a post card with a one-time login code... or even just a phone number... but landline or mobile only, no VoIP numbers since you can get a new one in minutes, literally, and for free.
I would like to have the option to hide all ratings.
Currently, you can only hide ratings during live games (and not even daily games).
It'd be nice to have the option to hide all ratings, during and out of games, self and others, throughout chess.com. Rated games still affect ratings, but players won't see the rating change if they choose not to.
I would love to see the CBurnett chess set in the "Themes" option (The pieces you see on Lichess.) Or, even better, the ability to upload your own images for your pieces and/or board.
I'd give unlimited puzzles to free members. Maybe not puzzle battles or whatever, but the basic puzzles at least I think should not be limited.
Absolutely!

I've never used this, since I'm fine with what we have.
Puzzles based on rating bands alone.
ie hundreds of puzzles available for 1000-1200, 1200-1400, 1400-1600 etc. rateds with no impact on puzzle rating.
Just solve, solve, solve and change banding at your own leisure.

WOW!!!
This is really good. 4.5/5

Chess.com is lousy when it comes to long-time-control games. Search for a 90+30 or 45+45 game and you will be staring at that 'Searching...' display for hours, and then even if you do find an opponent you don't get a proper rating at the end of it. Lichess is way superior in that department.

If you want a game with a long time control, your best option is to arrange one against a player you know. I wouldn't try to find an opponent in the pool.
If you can't prevent hate speech, at least move it to "off-topic" where most won't notice it,
