n00b has the negative vibe associated with it?

An oldie, ilikeflags, is someone who has been on this site longer than the newbies, and some of them, like you, think that they own the site and have more rights then the newbies, which is false.

Newbies aren't always beginners and members who have been around the block a couple times aren't always experts, so that might not work.

According to whomever is doing the labelling, how long until you stop being a noob?

Just watch out for the "Chess.com mafia"! Apparently they run the joint

They'll snap the hat off your bishops if you mess with them.

And apparently, I don't have the right to block those people, but they are free to say whatever they want about me not having the right to make threads just because I'm new, and say that I am someone's second account, and that I have to accept Lenny Bongcloud votes, qll of which are not true!

Uhhh didn't you already exercise your right to block people multiple times already?  Surely anybody here has the right to criticise your choice to do so?

You should know about the Greek Gift Sacrifice http://www.chess.com/forum/view/game-showcase/my-first-greek-gift

I have the right to block up to 200 people, you have the right to block up to 200 people.  I have the right to post, you have the right to post.  There is no rule in chess.com which says that rights vary depending on how long you've been on this site.

Criticise it all you want, you're still blocked.

Oh, so you just expect me to lay down and do nothing? When you want something done, do it! Basically, what you are asking me to do is just lay down and let you people just continue runing over me. Ain't gonna happen.

Yes. It was your fault after all.

That is a very bad assumption...

It isn't an assumption. I read the threads.

Then you must read them wrong, because I am not the kind of person who lays down and does nothing (I used to be about a month and a half ago, but not anymore).

I don't know that I've ever seen anyone claim that there was.

But you people were definitely acting like it, because you were telling me to stop making threads, as if you people were my bosses.

It was a suggestion, not a demand, and while I agree that it would be a good idea I don't think I'm the one that made it.  The already low signal to noise ratio in these forums has dropped considerably since your arrival.

Well, for a thread titled 'what the newbees should know about chess.com' people are certainly showing that Frown
