What's wrong or good on Chess.com? Write here!!!

I created this Forum to show Chess.com all good and bad features and feelings. My good Story is, that Chess.com have done some new things at least time. It's good! The bad: Chess.com banned many people without any concrete reasons and also banned or muted people on Forums, Chats, Clubs when they said the painful true about Chess.com. So, Chess.com also have lot's of cheater and other dark personalities, like Aq*il-M*los. This person done lots of don't polite things, lie and when I reported him 3 days come nothing, then my account would closed. Please What was this? When I asked Chess.com, nothing! So tell all good things and bad things!
