Chess.com staff: kohai is known by everyone, and you are likely to interact with her sooner or later. She is the kind of employee everyone wants in their company, as she is dedicated to her job in chess.com, and one can tell she enjoys it. 

She reminds me of the goddess Diana the hunter, she will help you have a good hunt, but if you break the rules of hunting, you will become the prey, and she will hunt you down.

Then, very close we have Danny Rensch.

Off the top of my head the members I think of  are the guy with the puppet avatar, who is sadly not posting anymore, very clever and educated guy, by the way; pfren, Macer, GeorgeBlackChess, the Big Decline, Nameno1had, the guy with the pitbull dog avatar, chicky chicky, Ilikeflags, the bishop guy etc.

Batgirl would take first place because of her articles, which are difficult to write, and are much valued by the community. If she is on chess.com's payroll then IM pfren. The problem with her is that people don't seem to like her, or it is just my impression, and she is not as well known as GeorgeBlack, for instance.

The man of the moment is Macer, the way I see it. He is the most popular guy now.

I see ( in eleven hours now ) 68 posts, and only two mention Batgirl, she IS the most famous on chess.com, with her " valued articles " as said in post nr 64 !

Andy (and his previous incarnations tonydal and OmarCayenne) was imo the perennial premiere poster in the forums.

He could entertain, make you think, and provide enogh chess chops for any of us patzers.

The current crop of point hunting kids should take notice; it's quality that matters, and lacking a background in history, literature, pop culture--not least a facility with language--will cripple you in the forums.

You can't fake it, at least outside your own young circle.

Think your posts will be referred to in five years?

I don't think so.

The same applies to batgirl. She's legendary as a result of quality blogs and posts. Great foundation and hard work over time.

That instead of trying to be most active member, or have the most points or groups, or having the longest thread that still isn't worth reading.
