Why are daily puzzle spammers repeatedly repeating their non-sense SPAMs day after day?

Finally, the moderator is getting visible on the daily puzzle thread, a good start, as I suggested. I was hoping this will help to reduce debilitating comments. Unfortunately, I rejoiced too early. 90% of comments are truly appalling.
