why are most of the forums on cheating blocked by chess,com?

ohhh i see what you mean kco , that forum is not blocked ooops ok thanks but no reference to to aborting by waiting chess.com to let it abort>
why does the page reset itself every time i play new game half the board missing i have to move over to scroll bar and recenter page it doesnt do it when watching top games
any how it just dawned on me , i have been playing chess one min games for ever ! lol and i never get any were , up and down i take on the good with bad the cheaters and the those who are competitive for real, so with over 11,000 games under my belt ,i wonder why my rating has never gotten to 1400 , when if i have time well i can rate my self up with some 1800 players , i felt it had it has to do with a lot of things yes lag which i don't complain about , chess engine ? hey who cares in one min , ill only get better if i win , i even have gotten to the point of believing two other possibilities , after i remove any other apps or open sites or remove the adds , certain days certain times my internet is just faster with less people on it , say 2 in the morning ,my time, playing now mostly international players ...hey i gain that extra 4 secs ,and two chess.com has something to do with it , will i improve my time if unlock the FULL potential of no adds and be able to gain time , but what i just realized is i have the option , to look to see if my appointed new challenger has successfully won 10 games in a row hummm wins 8 draws 0 loses 0 , then hey no thank you ill pass and let it abort , is this fair policy ? or this cheating ?
