Getting back to what I though was the original point, why create new passports with virtually no (or at least a very small number of accounts) players? Making it virtually impossible to receive that flag\passport. Some players (like myself) enjoy the hunt for passports. As a member of the 241 club, this was an achievement. How did I do it, well I play a lot of chess, and would challenge a player from a rare region (Aland Island comes to mind). So I challenge players from the new passport only to find that they do NOT respond, either i get a notice they only accept challenges from friends or no resolve at all (this is their rite but you would think that after 20 or 30 time some other chess patron would have accepted). I even spent time watching games, so now I knew what pool thay liked (i.e. G 5). So I challenge them within that pool, again no response, clearly they do not want to participate. So what to do? Well if you have a friend have him\her change their flag to the passport needed then challenge\play them. I will change my flag to one of these (the other in about a,week) simply challenge me. Remember Manny players may also want this passport so G 3 or G 5 would be faster, remember that I will play an honest game to my best ability (win some, lose some, hopefully more wins,than loses). This may sound punitive on my part, but remember this they started this first by making new passports that do not represent a region or country and have players constantly ignoring challenges.

Achievements are just as meaningless as flags. Chasing manufactured and arbitrary achievements is like a form of self-imposed slavery.
