Yes. So billing team says it's the PayPal issue, PayPal said it's the Chess Team problem :D

I would like to know the reasoning behind not allowing to pay for chess.com services with a PayPal account that is not connected to a credit card?
In my case, I don't have a credit card, I don't need it and I won't have it for some long time.
