someone says it's a rule but I never knew it before playing online and I think that castling out of check could be a nice "mechanic"

I agree, castling out of check would be very interesting although most players would’ve probably used their castling by that stage in the game.

No, because that would ruin the tactic to check the king to prevent it from castling.
