Why Chess.com Bans Russian Flag and Keeps Israélien one? Isn't this Hypocrisy

Hello, Bare with me please, Chess is an amazing game/sport, when playing chess you can express many things like your political ideas or so, I am ok with that but banning Russian flag for Russian players and at the same time keeping the Israeli flag is TOP NOTCH Hypocrisy. Chess.com just got that so ridiculous.
