Why do gm not trade or draw? why retreat and not trade in clearly equal trade?

is this a trend on titled players or something? why tf do they not trade and instead choose the worst retreating square ever and proceed to blunder
do they hate equal trade?
does retreating ever do anything? why not offer draw in clearly drawn endgame? why not accept draw in clear drawn endgame?
do titled players hate draw?

ever since i was beginner i never understood why titled players usually not trade in an even equal trade,
back then its the bizarre (not-trade-no-matter-what) mentality that hinders my goal in achieving my newfound strategy
currently im trading like crazy and i win more games by trading and trading

Because there's a positional edge of something if they trade(like doubling pawns), and they do offer draws in drawn endgames(and resign in lost ones) in bullet all strategy is thrown out the window most of the time, with how fast the controls are.

A bishop is better than a knight, Soo according to GM meta trading a bishop for a knight is bad. And in the pirc GM's dont exchange the bishop as that bishop is a better piece than the other bishop.

whats more boring is trading everything and getting to an endgame

also there could be reasons why one side doesnt want a trade

the evading trade and retreating is imo boring than trading and moving on to endgame
