Cuz they are gonna lose, they lost queen, so they lost the game. But, if you are below 800, there is a chance you can blunder and they will win. Is that what you are saying?

Also, if it is a misclick or a mouseslip, yeah draw. But otherwise, don't draw.

lol .Its not like that ,it depends on that person but in most of the cases ppl resign cause you know you will lose for sure without queen .For eg if you are playing against some higher rated maybe someone 1500 and if you blundered the queen and the chance that you lose is 99% unless and until you are playing against a super GM lol .
