When making hiring decisions one of the chief characteristics desired is competitive drive. The lose of a Queen can be a devastating moment within the mind of any player. However, the higher the level of competitive drive the higher the level of tolerance and ability to persevere through adversity.

It is because most people do not know how to play without a queen and thay think they have no chance to win.

Look at the OP level blunders happen every other move, but at better levels, like after 1200, it is pointless to play material down because players know how to convert.

It gets really annoying when beginners say stuff like, “Never resign” or “try for stalemate” because chess doesn’t work that way when you improve.

bruh people say "never resign" for a reason. If you're under 800 then even if you're down a queen you shud keep playing cuz there's always the chance that your opponent will blunder back. Even Levy made a video about it. But if you're like 2300 and you're down a queen then you can resign cuz your opponent will most likely convert the material into a win
