Why Is Chess.com So Slow to Ban Cheaters?

I reported this player about 4 days ago, but their account is still active. I am almost 100% sure they are cheating. At this rating level, it is impossible for someone to play with such consistently high accuracy.

I also checked their games with different engines, and they always play the best moves. It seems like they might be using engines outside of Chess.com to avoid detection.

We played 7 games in total, and these are the 3 games I am most suspicious about:

These games were played with an accuracy of 98.4%, 99.4%, and 92.5%, respectively. I also checked some of this player’s other games against different opponents. In my opinion, they seem to cheat mainly when they are in a difficult position, but once they get an advantage, they start playing slightly worse again so that their overall accuracy does not look suspiciously high.

I also tried to contact Chess.com support directly, but I received no response.

I think players who cheat this obviously should be banned much faster. The fact that this account is still active proves there are probably many more cheaters who have not been detected yet.

Please take more care about this issue.
