If you think an account is sandbagging, report it.

Looking at that account, the member mainly plays unrated in blitz, so is probably just underated.

So I came across this guy [link removed -- VP] who is rated 207 at blitz (I was rated 1806), and I beat him in the first 3+0 game. Then he proceeded to beat me three times in a row. I beat him in the fifth game, but then again lost 3 times in a row. I'll admit that I played pretty poorly (it was like 6:00 A.M. and I didn't sleep yet), but it's impossible that anyone with an accurate rating of 1100 or less could actually beat me with no odds, so I asked him if he was actually 207, and he said he just likes to have low ratings. At first I thought it was rather weird since I was lucky enough to play only unrated games against him, but then I found out that he played rated games against much higher-rated players and still won. Of course this is sandbagging and I have reported him for such behaviour, but what about his unrated games? Isn't this still unethical? It sure pissed me off and had me confused, wondering how I could lose to a 200-rated player. Should players be allowed to do this? I just find it extremely rude.
