since someone revived this thread I'll show off my new board
I like the Overlay but only because I keep the default background on, so it's a lot darker and causes less stress on my eyes

That board... its brighter than the cursed Light mode in Discord.

you must have the light background on then cause mine is dark gray

This is mine:
The board is bubble gum and the chess pieces are alpha. I think it looks pretty cool. I'm not trying to copy others but I like it so I am actually not copying.

Mayura chess set and gold/silver (white/black) pieces design. Includes branding logo watermark on a1 and h8 squares.
I'm glass for both board and pieces, find that it looks pretty cool.
board would be green pieces would be icy sea sound will be space and background graffiti
Bleu board and alpha pieces :)
