I tried playing out this line on the lichess analysis board using the tablebase and this was as far as I got before it didn't register moves anymore

Yes, Lichess is notorious for her epileptic episodes. If you want her as a life time partner you will need to learn to put up with that.
Does it register all 500 moves here?
I put this position into syzygy tablebases and it said DTZ, in 1028 moves, which means the DTM is even longer! I didn't know there were 1000+ move tablebase wins discovered yet! Thought that would only be with 8+ pieces!
