2 Rook Endgame 1 pawn up

Recently, I played a game in which I drew but I was a pawn up in material. It was my 2 Rooks+6 pawns vs. 2 Rooks +5 pawns. The position is below. When I used Fritz to analyze it, it rated the position as -/+ (in my favor, I was black in this game). However, my question is how should I try to play on to win in these types of positions. What should be my plan, etc. I was thinking about centralizing my king, but I was worried about possible counterplay which would result from an exposed king in  the center. Thank you for commenting, these comments should really improve my game as this ending seems to be fairly common.

I'm not good at the endgame, but I would probably go after white's isolated pawn (rook+king) as well as their queen-side pawns (other rook + pawns since you have them more advanced).

I'm quite amature at endgames, but I would also try to attack that iso-d pawn. After its off the board, attempt to centralize your king. You will now have a passed pawn in the middle, and he should be your key to victory.

Ah, thanks for the replies :] I see that once that iso is gone, it is a much simpler ending.

i think that white has no chance of winning ..... And the black has have a winning ..... because of isolated pawn for white...

Tony, why not play 1. ... Rb5 immediately (assuming the king was on g8) and meet 2. Rc7 with 2. ... R8d5 winning the pawn. The rook on c7 isn't attacking anything that isn't defended.

1. ... Rb5 2. Rc1 Rad5 3. Rce1 and now what is black's plan?

I'd also be thinking about playing ...g5, giving the king a route to f5. If white plays g4 to prevent this he's given himself another weakness on h3.

 1...Rb5 2 Rc7 R8d5  3 Rf2 and the counterattack on f7 gives a lot of counterplay

( BK on g8 )

If the black king ever gets to f5, white can just go Rf1+ (or Rf2+) and then back to the e-file with the rook.
