But why would you underpromote, when you could just get up to three Queens (which btw, is my favorite taunt move against a lone king, get multiple Queens, THEN go for mate)?
If white promotes to Q it is stalemate.

you can promote the c pawn to queen right away without it being stalemate
this is a very interesting puzzle. Although it is not too difficult, it is very entertaining!
