Kc8... the a8 corner is the one to go to...
A matter of technique....

1. ... Ke8 2. Ke6 and since 2. ... Kf8 loses the bishop, black has to move the bishop and you have to be careful where you move it to, for example, 2. ... Bh4 3. Rh7 attacks the bishop and threatens mate. 2. ... Be3 3. Rd3 Bf4 Rf3 seems to deprive the bishop of any safe squares.
So it looks like 1. ... Ke8 runs into big tactical problems quickly.
R vs B is a draw, we all know that, right?
