im not sure but i think Rxa2+ Bxa2 Nc2+ Nxc2 Nxc2# works as well

If black to move first: Nec2+ Nxc2 Nxc2+ Bxc2 Rxa2# If white to move first: Ne2+ Kd2 Nc4+ Kxe2 Na3 Nf3 Nc4 Nd4 Bd3+ Nxd3 Na3 Rxa3 bxa3 Nc2+ Kb1 Nxa3+ Ka1 b2#
We have 3 candidate moves: Rxa2+, Nbc2+ and Nec2+. In a real puzzle, two of those moves would fail and only one of them would be the solution. In this "puzzle", all 3 moves work.

True, check my comment above you, I think that's the best for both black to move and white to move!
