Can this be a draw?

This is a game I just played, I am black, and it's my move. I did it wrong by taking the pawn Rxh5+ Rxh5 Kxh5, then I lost by opposition. The question is, can I get a draw by playing ...Rb1, then h6 Kg5, and blocking opponent's pawns?

Probably but after the miss would you notice the follow up moves to draw the game

This is a tablebase position, so the truth is known. It's a draw.

Even more surprising is that almost all moves draw, no matter if white or black is on move.

You can draw in multiple ways. Try the chess analysis feature to play out how to secure the draw, if you want.
