Hi. I'm just a beginner and trying to teach myself from a couple of old dusty books laying around. How many checkmate positions do I really have to know for my level? Also I have seen where some, or maybe all of them have names. Could someone please give me a list of these names so I can look them up and learn them? Thanks.
