Yes this is a routine win with White's king cut off from the file and queening square of the black pawn.
By the way, replaying the first 40 moves or so gave me the impression that both players are either very strong, or are engines. If not engines, then if this is a blitz or rapid game (not correspondence), I'd guess both sides are 2100+ strength, but likely MUCH stronger.
