I don't get it.  Can someone explain why this is not a win for black?

 

EDIT:  Nevermind, wasn't thinking straight, haha.  Took me awhile to realize "Oh, the a-pawn cannot promote."

EDIT2:  Okay, now I'm looking at it again, and I don't see how black cannot get the win here (i.e. safely promote the g pawn)

EDIT3:  Doesn't 3... Kh6 win for black?
