There are many variations on this theme. If you know the basic concept you can transpose into a variant of this position. I've had a game where I traded rooks and gave up a weak passed pawn (to move the Black King far enough away) to get into this type of position. Of course, the important element is the three pawns vs. three pawns with move in hand.
