By the way, an NM was kind enough to share this with me and maybe it will help you too. If you're so far ahead, make it your goal not to stalemate. Before making a move, mentally check to see if he has at least one legal move.
That said, as I said, I share your pain! If you can believe it, I actually have a game worse than this one. I'm so embarrassed by it, I wish there was a way to delete it off my list!
