Absolutely not. I have beaten 2000 bots. I have never beaten a 1600 rated player,

Frosty (1350) just allowed me to pin his Q to his K on move 6.

Per game review, Frosty played at 850. This is more accurate.

As I have now experienced after my original question on this thread is it depends on the bot. I typically only play bots and the furtherest I have gone in wining is 2100, and a draw with many losses at 2200. I played my son who is at about 1000, and it was a good game, but i lost. So in some cases the divergence is about half, in others like ole Nelson with the Wayward Queen the bot is a just a few hundred less.

Playing real people in rapid is rather unnerving, I like classical only.
