King And Pawn Exercise

The following position was the starting position of the King and Pawn ending that I had in the final round this weekend.  It is Black to move.  The starting position is a complete draw with best play.

Your exercise has 3 parts of it (No using an Engine):

1) What was the losing move for Black?

2) List all the moves that would have drawn for Black on the move that lost.  For example, if ...Kf8 was the losing move, list all moves that would have draw on specifically that move - you do not need to spell out full lines.

3) Were any errors made by either side prior to the Blunder by Black that lost the game, and if so, what move did the other side miss?

Now keep in mind, we are talking game changer moves.  Not a "Well, White missed the chance to make Black's decision more difficult as he would have only 1 move that works instead of 4".  The position after every move played was either +0.00, or else +2 or worse for Black or -2 or worse for White.
So how many opportunities were there for someone to win?  What moves draw for Black on the move that ultimately lost the game, and which move of Black's ultimately lost it?
