Looking for famous games ending in a2# or c6# or e3#

Explaining why I'm looking for such games would be way longer (and off topic) than you're willing to read, so here is just the request: I need to find famous chess games that ended in checkmate with the last move to one of these squares: a2 or c6 or e3. It doesn't matter what piece moved there, nor its color. As for the games, the shorter the better, but, most importantly, they have to be famous, such as played between GMs, maybe during some high level tournament.

Does a game like that come off the top of your head? Or, is there any chess games search engine out there that lets me query the database that way?

Very few high level games ends in mate. Could you also use games where it could have ended in a mate if the losing player did not resign?

Yes, I could use resigned games if a forced mate position was already on the board, but I suspect searching for those, looking for the final mating move that never actually happened, would be even harder...
