Pretty easy If you know how a bishop and pawn work when adjacent one another on the same file. Also, we can use the concept of comparison to decide between lines. Black can only draw by getting to the queening square. If he goes behind his pawn we win with any given bishop move because we can easily cut off the kings route. For example 1.Bd6 Kf7 2.a4 Ke8 3.a5 Kd8 4.a6 Kc8 and the king cannot progress, we just play 5.Bd6 here with any of the other two bishop moves. So the king has to go in front of his pawn. It will take 4 moves to get to c6 when our pawn can be on a6. The only way to cut off the king's route at that point is to put a bishop on a5 so the only first move that works is number 2, 1.Bb4.
