Q vs R: Win or Draw?

In a recent game, it came down to King, Rook, and 1 Pawn for each player, with both pawns racing to Queen.    It ended in a draw after we each traded our Rooks for the other's fresh Queen.

Chess.com analysis flagged one of my earlier moves as a Mistake, as I could have successfully Queened my Pawn without immediately losing it, leading to a K+Q vs K+R (no Pawns) ending.  Can K+Q force a win vs K+R, or is that a Draw anyway?  My study of that is 30 years past, and I don't have my books handy lol

Queen v rook is usually winning for the queen but obviously not invariably. About 80% according to Syzygy. Also longest White mate is actually 35 moves e.g.

White to play mates in 35
