It's a pretty easy endgame to win. An idea is to consider your queen as a "cage" for the opponent king. B king is forced to stay in the quarter of the board delimitated by the queen range. You simply make the cage smaller and smaller until the king gets confined to the first rank.At this point you bring your king in front of the opponent one and mate him as in your game. For example, 7.Qc4+ was only a waste of time since 8...Kd2 would have gained a larger "cage" for B king (he is still doomed of course, but in more moves).
