Triangulation Troubles

I seem to have a problem with triangulation (I always fail at that drill). We just keep repeating the same move back and forth until there's a Three Move Draw or one of us moves away and loses a pawn. Any tips?

You have to move your king in a triangular manner. But we need to know what to do if Black moves Kc7;  now you can play Kc5 and Black cannot stop you from capturing their pawn. Therefore, you must move where king is adjacent to c5; c4 or d4.

After one of those moves, Black has 3 choices: Kb8, Kd8, Kc7. If Kc7 then Kc5, if Kb8 or Kd8 then Kd4. (Ke4?! (or Ke5?! or Ke6?!) Kc7 Kd5 Kc8 and you have to start all over again.)

If black plays something other than Kc7, Kd5 wins. Otherwise, Kc5.
