What should black and white pieces be trying to do quickly in this endgame

I had black and I thought this was a draw. The tablebases give white mate in 22. I took it to 40 moves without moving the pawn. What are blacks key moves and what are whites?

Black is completely helpless in this position, the only thing black could do is push the pawn and hope white doesn't know how to stop it. White should cut of black king space and push black king into a corner and go for a mate, preferably put everything on light square in the process

black is unable to connect pawn and bishop and keep from zugzwang to avoid mate

For those wondering about Tablebases, it's mate in 23.

I think white just goes Ra1 and wins

Ra1 is mate in 26 though. These are all tablebase moves. They are all perfect moves.

Thanks for the correct moves. I found it interesting that best moves attempted to bring the pawn forward. I thought maybe the bishop could just hang onto the pawn and move around the board.

It is very weird to think that this is a draw. Black is down a rook. Okay, if that black pawn was close to promotion then maybe, but the current position is just  completely hopeless for black.
