What is white's assignment? Win? Draw? I currently can't see him achieve either though I may be overlooking a trick.

Excellent study! I can find nothing wrong with it though I only 'hand-checked'. An obvious frailty is that the rook on c5 is 'en-prise'. It may be possible to find an intro to 'explain' that position. But anyway, the move 2. Ra5!! is an amazing find! All the pawns are in the right position to keep the bQ at bay.

Stockfish says that 4... c2 is a blunder, and black should instead play Kg7. But that would only prolong the mate, because 5.f5 c2 6.f6+ Kxf6 7.h8=Q+. and then you can even promote to a second queen.

DO NOT use an engine for endgame study.  Also...DO NOT blindly trust everything they tell you.  

Just checked. And why do y'all keep saying that i'm believing it? I even said in my comment that it would just prolong the mate and it's a dumb conclusion.
