Make an effort to remember how to get the opposition.  Avoid stalemating your opponent's king or letting him get your pawn.  This is some of the essential endgame knowledge for those who want to become professional chess players.
Can you find the correct winning moves as white in these positions?

Congratulations to all of those who were able to win these endgame positions

The first 3 and the 5th win for White no matter who is to move. The 4th is a win for White only if it is his move. The 6th is a win for whoever is to move. The 7th and 8th are a win for White no matter who is to move. The 9th is only a win for White if it is his move. The 10th is a well known win for White no matter who is to move. The last one requires calculation if it is Black to move, but I am pretty sure it still wins for White. 1.g6 definitely wins if it is White's move. With Black to move, anything but 1...g6 is a quick loss - 1...Kb7 2.g6 or 1...h6 2.f6 or 1...f6 2.h6 all win for White. After 1...g6, 2.hxg6 hxg6 3.fxg6 fxg6 4.Kc3 Kb7 5.Kd4 etc and you get to number 10 but with a knight pawn.
