Ladder’s Mate: A queen/rook has to be below the enemy king but protected, and the other queen has to be on the last rank, Right or left rank and the 1st rank, but be careful from 50-move rule.
Rook and King mate: The rook has to be nearby the enemy king so that it can checkmate the enemy king but your king has to below the enemy king.
Queen and King mate: You need your queen below the enemy king, means not even 1 rank but NO ranks. You need your king under the enemy king and the king has to be protecting the queen
