That's really helpful. But I want to ask you something else, how to review our game by ourselves? Any tips?

Well at some time in your game you will be like "oh, I have an interesting sacrifice I can try, but I'm low on time and can't calculate if it is worth it are not. So I will not take any risks and play a more passive move." I feel this is one of the cases where you should take some time by yourself to fully calculate it. It will make your brain practice and become faster. Or just try to see what were the important moments of the game, where you lost or won material or interesting sequences of moves. That's how I would do it but I am far from OP's level so don't take my advice as THE thing you should ALWAYS do
