While playing in 3|0 tournaments I have always noticed that when my opponent is taking a long time to move the little clock comes up "abandons in 0:15, 0:14, and so on, but when it gets to 0:00 nothing happens. It just keeps ticking 0:00, 0:00 over and over without stopping the game.
Why is that?
