Brand new to chess outside learning the absolute basics in elementary school.

Just had a game where the post Game Report showed my 'Accuracy' 8.8 but when I hover over it says CEE CAPS2 69.68 - that seems like a huge gap?

My opponent had 96.4 and 96.33 respectively, much closer scores.

What do these numbers even mean?

I mean what do the numbers represent? What does an "accuracy" of 8.8 and CEE CAPS2 of 69.68 mean? I thought CEE CAPS2 was sort of an 'alternative' accuracy score, but the numbers are miles apart.
