Advice for bad losing streak

I’ve been an active user of Chess.com for two years. In late June I hit my highest ever score - 1283 and came close to that high score again a few days ago. But I’ve also gone on two huge losing streaks since then, and can’t understand why. My rating is now 1037 - down more than 200 points in a few days. What advice do forum members have? Grateful for comments from others whose form has dipped so drastically.

Take a break for 1-2 days, when you come back, warm up by solving a couple of tactics. Only play when alert, ie. don’t play late at night and chasing rating points when you’re on tilt! It’s an easy trap to fall into!

after a string of losses i try to do a bunch of puzzles between then and the next time i sit down to play more games. this helps reinforce some fundamentals and also helps rebuild my confidence which i suspect is a big factor in going on tilt

My lowest point of my bullet rating is 580. Now, I got a lot of wins and got my bullet rating to 869.

yeah, once I reached 2200 I went on a sudden tilt mode and dropped over 300 points. it was horrific. but then I went into the habit of only playing 2-3 games a day. and for some reason, I found out that playing at 4am in the morning is better than playing in the afternoon! 😂

Correct, Play when you are most energetic, If someone wants to maintain their ratings, avoid playing rated games when tired. Play Unrated games.

Just change your opening try some gambits or some unusual openings.  This helps you to enjoy the game even if you lose
