an advice from two years chess learning

I am a 1933 blitz player on lichess.org. I got 1933 after two years of playing chess. I was a complete beginner before that. I want to give you an advice on how to learn chess. solve easy chess puzzles. like seeing forks , pins. when I say this people say: they're just easy things. and I say yes like more than yes. but you should be able to see the answer for them in less a second. but of course, that doesn't happen. something lower rated players are so good at, getting a winning position and converting it. but they don't know how to get a winning position. I don't want to insult you guys. I told you this because I want people to not wasting hours and hours but not become so higher rated and after some time, they become a cheater. while some people become 2000 in less than a year.
