Are the computer player ratings accurate?

Hello, I’m really new to chess I know very little. I just wanted to know if the computer personalities were accurately rated? I’ve played through all the beginner bots (up to Karim who is rated 850) with relative ease but I can’t beat anyone online who is rated above like 400.

I found that I can beat bots quite far above my level. It feels like they're programmed to make some blunders, and if you just don't blunder, you'll win. Therefore I've not found them great for learning. At a higher level they pull much better tactical moves and it becomes harder of course. I would just ignore the level. You have a different level for rapid vs daily vs bot is all....
