Best opening for black? HELP

I am also a begginer and after looking for a an easy opening for black im learning how to play "caro kann" open.Looks so easy,not to agressive at the beggining but so powerful yo defend all ur pieces

The Big 4 Black Defense against 1.e4 are:

- Kings Pawn Defense

- Sicilian Defense

- French Defense

- Caro Kan Defense

I don’t recommend the Sicilian to beginners.

The OP didn’t want me to mention Caro Kan Defense.

I recommend 2…d6 which is the Philidor Defense, but you could try 2…Nc6 if you want to play the King Pawn main lines.

Since you don't like the Caro kann I suggest you play the Scandinavian or Philidor Defence against e4 and against d4 play the slav or Kings Indian Defence

Neither of your observations is true.

In the last 20 games you have 4 wins and 5 losses with black, and a much worse performance (3 wins 8 losses) with white.

When you lose, the opening is never the reason. It's always middle game mistakes.
