Best players to follow

Check out john bartholomew on YouTube particularly his playlists "chess fundamentals" and "climbing the rating ladder" he's a titled player (IM) and plays lower rated players. Not to flex on them but to show common mistakes newer players tend to make and how opponents can capitalise on those. Shows you good fundamental principles you should be following while also looking out for opponent blunders etc
Who are the most interesting and somehow "easy" professional players to follow and learn from? Or how would you approach watching chess as a new player?
