For black there are lots of openings, I’d recommend Scandinavian or Pirc, you could do Sicilian as well, but it’s pretty complicated.

Yes, I am not good with complicated so still try to learn. I am a beginner.

Responding to e4 with e5 is good if you want a tactical game for tactics practice. Have a secondary opening option to practice more solid positions, such as the French, Scandinavian or Caro Kann. Against d4 the Queen's Gambit Declined and Slav defense are fine.
